PDI Financial Group started as a firm providing personal and business financial planning for individuals, professionals and corporations; specializing in qualified retirement plans, estate planning services, investment sales and the sales of life, health, long-term-care and disability insurance products.
	In 1975, John A. Hanson founded PDI. John felt the need to broaden the company to provide services to other agents and brokers and in 1979 became a partner in the national marketing firm Brokerage Resources of America (BRAMCO).
This affiliation, along with his membership in the National Association of Independent Life Brokerages Agencies were the stepping stones of moving the company to where it's now providing variable and fixed insurance products on a national basis to insurance agents, stock brokers, broker dealers and financial institutions. The company presently is the Managing General Agent for over 30 life insurance companies.
